Glad I found Studentuniverse! There's a lot of agency flight booking sites and I am torn about what to choose. Until I came across this site and seen a lot of positive reviews. I tried to create an account and start booking a flight, then pay for it. And Voila!

Was your experience good? Bad? Are they legit? Thanks in advance for I'm an international student looking for cheap air tickets to go home for the summer, and stumbled across sites like Student Universe and STA offering flights that are considerably cheaper than buying the tickets directly from the airline itself (About £100 less). The thing is, I have never purchased any flight tickets from Student Universe (and We are so glad that you found StudentUniverse. The reason that are fares are so much cheaper than those you see elsewhere (like direct from airlines, or on other flight aggregator sites) is because we negotiate with more than 70 airlines worldwide on flight prices specifically for students. While some sites require students to have a student ID card to access the student flight prices, all you Never will i book again with studentuniverse even after they have had my refund from the airline flight which was cancelled due to covid, trying to get my money back off them has been a joke. 3 times ive had my phonecall putdown on me by rude staff!

I was nervous seeing some of the reviews about changes but there were enough good reviews and the flight was so much cheaper than other last-minute options (831 USA for the one-way ticket). I travel a lot and I have used both Airlines website and travel agents, this is far the best customer service ever and price. I haven't been this satisfied in dealing with reps on customer service in a very long, they are all professional and will take time to help you in the best way possible. Received refund. Edit- changed my review from a one star to four. After writing my review about having to wait over 3 months for a refund, StudentUniverse got in touch with me and sent a refund immediately, despite numerous emails sent previously. Having now received a refund, I’m now happy to adjust the rating. Never will i book again with studentuniverse even after they have had my refund from the airline flight which was cancelled due to covid, trying to get my money back off them has been a joke.
